Poor wedding Service :(
The service that we received from Special events after our wedding has been unacceptable. Our wedding video was not to an acceptable standard, the camera man missed the bride walking up the isle, and the camera lost all the first five minutes of the ceremony footage. The final DVD wasn't what we expected from a professional wedding video of this price,they were unable to save this and were unwilling to compromise with any compensation or a letter for us to send to our wedding insurance to claim for our loss. Most disappointing.
