Hi, I ordered a gate from you and unfortunately there was a mix up and items were put in the wrong boxes - So I ended up with another customer's order. I emailed (it was Saturday) and got a reply as soon as the office opened on Monday from Amy Timmins - apologising for the mix up and confirming that the items would be resent out - and they were received the next day. Exceptional customer service. As a result of this experience - I ordered two more items the next day (fireguards) which were delivered the next day and now all are fitted an in use.

I needed to find a play pen for someone with severe arthritis, polymyalgia, very poor hand grip and inability to lift/pick up a baby - but during the Covid 19 been left with 9 month old. No other company could give me reassurance that the opening mechanism for the wooden play pen was probably manageble. To our delight it was easy. The construction was robust and very smooth finish. We were so pleased we bought another for another relative and are now purchasing a matching wooden stairgate. This will be my go-to site for buying such items for the future
