Friendly but professional firm of solicitors established 1974 dealing in conveyancing, trusts, wills & probate. Residential & commercial sales, purchases + mortgages, re-mortgages, rtb's etc and we specialise also in employment compromise agreements.

Specialist Services:

We consciously remain small, friendly, yet professional. We moved at the end of 2006 into larger premises that whilst still being within a minute of the High Street additionally afford private reserved parking for our clients. We tailor our fees to the circumstances of the client and the matter in hand, and are happy to discuss these in full.

Very poor service

I used this firm for conveyancing work. Their rates seemed very competitive but I was soon to learn that you get what you pay for (or worse in my case). They were slow, inefficient, failed to keep me informed about the selling and buying process despite repeated requests for them to do so. They were so slow at doing things that I ended up doing one of the local searches myself. I sent a formal written complaint to this firm. They dealt with it by ignoring it. I would never ever recommend this firm to anyone, unless I particularly disliked that person.
