  i ordered several pairs of jodhpurs of which one pair was out of stock have contacted them by phone and e-mail twice about other pairs and have had no response 3 weeks later im still waiting not impressed will be calling me lady Godiva at the stables!!!!!!!!!!!!

  Ordered fishing waders at £69.95, price £15 lower than other on-line retailers ( good deal I thought ) Order confirmed via e.mail promising dispatch in 2-15 days. 5 days after order placed, we receive mail stating goods 'sold out' at their suppliers so won't be able to complete order - no option to wait until stock arrives. Checked on-line price after order placed and surprise surprise, it's gone up £20. Telephoned to protest only to be told they won't supply at ordered price ! But surely as a sign of good will they would own up to an error, supply at the agreed price and just move on ? after all price was only £15 lower than other retailers and Redrae appeared to be a big enough company to carry such a small dip in profit. Nothing doing, tough luck, basically go elsewhere. Don't trust their internet prices, and even if you receive e.mail confirming order, it does not actually mean you will get your goods. You have been warned !!!!!
