Heat complete
My experience as a customer of Heat complete has been unimpressive and I do not recommend this company. Whenever I have taken time off work to wait for an engineer the appointment has not been kept. There is a complete lack of communication between the call centre and the engineers' supervisor and appalling customer service standards. I have no confidence in the knowledge or competence of the engineers. I write whilst waiting once more for over seven hours in an unheated flat and after a series of unhelpful and misleading conversations with the call centre. Do not insure with this company! <P>
